With GC-level expertise and a reputation for closing scope gaps, the Axia team delivers seamless execution across water/wastewater, energy, transit, and industrial projects—minimizing risk and driving schedule certainty. Bluebird Branding created the name, established brand strategy and messaging, and a complete visual identity system for promoting the new company, which grew from another division within Shimmick Construction.
