GOALS & OBJECTIVES - The main goal/objective for this kiosk project is to make Thumbs Up Diners more accessible, specifically for introverts as well as the deaf community. - Additionally, we hope that adding kiosks to our diners will also attract the younger part of our target audience and help us serve customers more quickly and accurately. CONCEPT STATEMENT Thumbs Up Diner is like stepping into a time machine - a friendly, retro diner that pays tribute to the classic American diners from days gone by. It is THE neighborhood meeting place, serving great food at reasonable prices with a friendly wait staff! Thumbs Up Diner combines an urban ambience and friendly service for a relaxing breakfast and lunch experience.
