American Package Design Awards 2026
Snoqualmie Falls Lodge is built around a simple invitation: Bring the Lodge Home. Inspired by more than a century of hospitality at one of the Pacific Northwest's most iconic destinations, the packaging extends the lodge experience beyond its walls, allowing consumers to recreate the warmth, comfort, and tradition of a classic lodge breakfast wherever they are. The design system transforms the dramatic landscape of Snoqualmie Falls into the brand's unmistakable visual signature. Bold illustrations of the falls, surrounding evergreens, and historic lodge create an instantly recognizable identity that spans every product category—from coffee and pancake mix to granola and oatmeal. More than a scenic backdrop, the landscape becomes a symbol of gathering, slowing down, and sharing meaningful moments around the table. Designed as a cohesive family, the architecture balances consistency with flexibility. A strong masterbrand anchors every package while clear product naming, intuitive benefit cues, and color-coded flavor identifiers make navigation effortless across the portfolio. The result is a system that scales naturally while maintaining exceptional shelf impact and brand recognition. Every design decision supports the brand's emotional territory—Awaken to Lodge Culture. Warm heritage-inspired typography, handcrafted illustration, and a restrained, nature-driven palette evoke authenticity without feeling nostalgic or dated. The packaging communicates wholesome ingredients, approachable preparation, and premium quality while reinforcing the promise of food worthy of lingering over. Ultimately, the packaging reframes everyday pantry staples as something more meaningful. It invites consumers to pause, gather, and recreate the simple comfort of a traditional lodge breakfast—transforming ordinary mornings into moments worth sharing.
