Given the conference was in New York City, we wanted to immerse the attendees, who were from all parts of the globe, in an environment that played off of the uniqueness that only NYC offers. From the branding of the signage, to a cinemagraph of Times Square, the actual subway metro announcing voice, and the life size subway car that literally drops the presenters off on stage. Every little detail from the first touch point to the last had a tie-in to NYC and gave the attendees an unforgettable experience.
