To convey this message, they developed an engaging Meta ad featuring a charming polar bear, complete with animated frost effects and cold breath. The ads were geotargeted to reach potential local candidates in the hiring markets of Texas and Florida. The campaign proved successful, with the Florida ad achieving a click-through rate of 2.9% and Texas reaching an impressive 5.6%, significantly surpassing the average rates for Meta ads, which typically range from 0.5% to 1.5%.
