University of California Population Health Annual Report 2023-2024

Design of an annual report for the University of California Health that showcase data-driven systemwide initiatives that work to advance value-based care delivery, improve patient outcomes, and optimize resource use and costs. The design picked up UC's brand identity and worked with their photography archive.
