2024 Benco Dental Annual Report - 100 Years of Partnership

Not many companies make it to 100 years. Even fewer grow with purpose and integrity. Benco Dental is now the nation's largest family-owned dental distributor and the undisputed thought leader among suppliers of cutting-edge dental equipment and technology. But it all started with one man...and a suitcase of products he lugged door to door throughout the depression. For 2024, Benco Dental told that story with our Annual Report—not to shareholders though, because as a private company, we don't have any. Our Annual Report is something different: our yearly labor of love, created exclusively for customers and the companies we do business with that explains how we're working to become a better partner every day. We talk about our wins. We also share where we fell short and how we're going to do better. Sometimes, it's about hard data. Other times, it's about our people and something that can't easily be measured: how we care for customers, and how they often care right back. Most of all, it's a celebration of our founder, Benjamin Cohen, whose lessons we still carry with us today into every customer's office from coast to coast.
