Point-of-purchase displays and trade show exhibits are the last word a brand gets before a buyer decides, at the shelf or on the show floor. The designer works in three dimensions and at two distances, the one that stops a passerby and the one that closes the sale, and the structure has to ship flat and build fast. The winners here stop traffic and then make sense. Andon Guenther Design's Dymatize trade show exhibit took a full page for a booth that read like the packaging, and Burgopak's Thriva test kit made a blood test slide open like a surprise.
