15 award-winning projects
Public service design has the smallest budgets in the awards and the largest jobs, from getting a vaccine taken to getting a teenager to talk. The designer has to make a message land with people who didn't ask for it, which means plain words and one clear next step. The winners here respect the reader and get to the point. Big Pivot Partners and Mission Partners lead the category with nine and eight wins, and Kimberly-Clark's Kotex First Period hub showed what a corporate team can do when it treats an awkward subject with care. The best designers of public service work are collected here. Open any campaign to see it and learn what made it work.
