WeMoments App - Gentle Emotional Reflection

People feel emotionally overwhelmed but avoid traditional mental health apps for being too clinical or time-consuming. The challenge was to design a softer, low-pressure alternative. This led to WeMoments — a lightweight, emotionally safe space where users can journal freely, identify emotional patterns through keyword insights, and share anonymously. The interface supports small daily check-ins that make emotional reflection feel approachable — and sustainable over time.
