The Modern's 2025 Commencement Ceremony

The Modern College of Design wanted to change the typical look and feel of a college commencement ceremony. Our goal was to create an experience that reflected our creative community and the students we celebrate. We built an engaging multi-screen introduction that welcomed guests and set the tone for the ceremony. A main focus of the video was showcasing student work, giving their creativity the spotlight it deserved. A constant, shifting gradient color was used throughout the video and within the ceremony environment to create a unified and vibrant atmosphere that connected every part of the experience. Included in this submission is the full uncut introduction video and a recap video that captures the energy and emotion of the ceremony.
