American Inhouse Design Awards 2026
When the owners of The Dive Motel prepared the property for sale, the goal was to create a marketing piece that showcased more than financial performance. It needed to capture the distinctive personality and cultural appeal that make the asset unlike any other hospitality offering in the market. Stream’s in-house creative team developed a brochure that fully embraced the motel’s retro inspired identity, translating its immersive 1970s aesthetic into a compelling investment story. Every design decision, from the color palette and typography to the graphic treatments and layout, was intentionally crafted to reflect the property's nostalgic character and vibrant atmosphere. The brochure balanced investment fundamentals with brand storytelling, allowing prospective buyers to experience the asset’s unique identity while understanding its market position and potential value. The result was a highly engaging offering memorandum that stood apart from traditional hospitality marketing materials. By authentically capturing the spirit of The Dive Motel, the piece created an emotional connection with prospective investors and presented the property as both a financial opportunity and a one of a kind destination brand.
