Sustainable Stands for Food Tech The International Food Tech Forum is one of the leading events in the food and health industry in Latin America, highlighting trends and innovations that are shaping the future of the sector. Held annually in Campinas, the forum brings together the top names in the food market. Our client found us through our e-commerce channel with an exciting proposal: to create an innovative event that showcased cardboard as a sustainable alternative. After exploring various ideas, we worked together to reach the ideal solution, aligned with the client's vision. We developed a stand model for different exhibitors, as well as customized cardboard tables and chairs to complement the event structure. The client challenged us to build stands that could withstand the three-day event, with a structure suitable for laptops and optimized use of available space. Additionally, each stand needed to be personalized to reflect the visual identity of each brand, and the assembly had to be practical and quick, considering the short preparation time. With this innovative partnership, we turned the vision of a sustainable event into reality, practically demonstrating how cardboard can be the most sustainable choice for numerous initiatives and needs, combining innovation and commitment to the environment. Solution and Structure We developed modular stands that are easily assembled without the need for glue, providing practicality and speed. Each stand is 100% customized, perfectly reflecting the visual identity of the event and each exhibitor, creating a unique and striking presence. Furthermore, the stands were made entirely of cardboard, offering a sustainable and surprisingly durable solution, meeting all the event's durability requirements. Reinforcing our commitment to sustainability, all the material was destined for recycling at the end of the event.
