Smart Calendar Hub

Aesthetic Record is a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical records platform built for medical spas, dermatology, plastic surgery, and wellness clinics. Its legacy calendar scattered scheduling across fragmented views and gave front-desk staff little visibility across providers, creating friction in a clinic's busiest workflow. UX/UI designer Yoo Kyung Lee led the design end to end for the Aesthetic Record iOS app, from research with clinic and front-desk staff through workflow mapping to the final interface. The result, the Smart Calendar Hub, centralizes booking in one place. Clinics can view and schedule appointments across multiple providers and locations, with flexible calendar views by day, week, month, or a full list across all providers. An Advanced Filter System and quick-access links let staff customize their view and find the right availability quickly. Appointment cards show confirmation and check-in status so staff can act directly from the calendar, and a streamlined booking flow lets them add, view, and edit patient appointments in one place.
