Member Appreciation BBQ Invitation

Every year, the San Mateo County Association of Realtors hosts a day-long member appreciation BBQ as a gesture of gratitude to the association's dues-paying members and their invited guests. The event takes place at a unique venue, Long Branch Saloon and Farms in Half Moon Bay, California. The owner has lovingly collected building facades and collectible items to recreate an old west town with games, entertainment, food and drink. The invitation design reflects the gameplay at the event and references old west design elements while avoiding cliche tropes, making the invitation fresh and stand out when reaching association members as a direct, high-touch email message with secret RSVP link.
