MedStar Health eVisit Campaign

MedStar Health wanted to create a campaign to promote and build awareness of their telehealth app and capability called eVisit. Aimed mainly to their 35,000+ associates, a direct mail campaign was developed that took a light hearted approach to common, daily occurences that could be remedied with a eVisit. The original campaign launched before the holidays hit in 2024. The campaign focused on text exchanges between family members or loved ones depicting typical and funny scenarios that were meant to be relatable to the audience. The initial campaign was successful as telehealth visits increased, so in the spring of 2025 Bluebird created another set aimed more at summer life. Most recently, we helped launch another set that evolved the text exchange into a more simple emoji message. The campaign has been successful as it has increased awareness and visits, and it has helped delineate what a typical telehealth visit could be, versus an urgent care or even emergency visit. Bluebird created a number of digital assets for emails, intranet, associate portals, and plasma screens for use around the MedStar campus.
