Journey Toward Net-Zero Data Visualization

In 2024, the Science-Based Target initiative (SBTi) approved Marriott International's near-term and long-term science-based carbon emissions reduction targets to reach net-zero no later than 2050. To celebrate this, Marriott International wanted to create an infographic to promote the company's goals and how the regions are executing on those targets. The solution was to create a graphic that could be sliced up in different ways to be featured in media releases, on social media, and in internal communications, using a bright, engaging color palette, iconography, and imagery to support the story.
