IncentFit Website Redesign

IncentFit fosters healthier, happier workforces through habit-forming wellness programs driven by financial incentives. Its digital platform is trusted by leading brands like Casper and LendingClub, who believe investing in their employees’ health is investing in their future. After Spark refreshed IncentFit’s web app the previous year, the marketing website began to feel outdated and disconnected from the product experience it was meant to introduce. That gap sparked a full website redesign: an opportunity to create an elevated end-to-end design experience that uses shape, color, and human imagery to evoke movement. By implementing a new visual identity, we achieved IncentFit’s goals of building trust, sharpening product differentiation, and making the website as engaging as the platform it represents.
