This book is a biography of an icon in the hotel business. Bruce White was one of Marriott's first franchisees. He had a philosophy and methods that made a significant impact on the industry. To illustrate that, we featured his many buzz-phrases, sayings ("Bruce-isms"), and memorable quotes, in attention-grabbing breakouts, plus images of striking properties and sidebars with his Rules of the Road.
