Gold Rush Campaign

Dentistry. Done Different. (Gold Rush Integrated Campaign) Gold Rush was created to introduce Benco Dental to the western U.S. and mark a meaningful expansion into markets where awareness of the brand was limited or incomplete. Much like the original Gold Rush represented opportunity, growth and new beginnings in the West, this campaign was about showing what’s possible when practices discover the full value of partnering with Benco. In many western markets, Benco was known primarily for supplies, with less visibility into the broader support we provide, including equipment, service, design and long-term practice solutions. The goal of Gold Rush was to build familiarity and trust by clearly showing how Benco shows up for independent practices every day—with experience, independence and local teams that understand the realities of running a practice. The campaign came to life as an integrated experience across digital, print and in-person touchpoints, all working together to tell one cohesive story. Each element reinforced the same message: Benco delivers dependable service, practical solutions and personalized support rooted in real practice needs. The tone was intentionally clear, approachable and human, meeting dentists and office managers wherever they were in their decision journey. At its core, Gold Rush was about making a strong first impression built on trust and real value. By aligning message and tone across channels, the campaign positioned Benco Dental in the West as a trusted partner ready to help practices uncover new opportunities today and grow confidently for the long haul.
