Financial Life Benefits Impact Report

Every year, Financial Life Benefits presents research on how employees view and use the benefits their employers provide. This research is based on actual participant behavior as well as employers’ adoption of new features and services in Bank of America’s employee benefits programs, which serve more than 25,000 companies and over 6 million employees.   This series on 401K retirement plans, health savings accounts, equity programs, and banking and investing solutions compiles research and insights from the 2023 Financial Life Benefits Impact Report into individual information sheets so advisors can provide findings on the particular service employers are interested in.   Introducing each topic is a vibrant lifestyle image, which leads to relevant facts and statistics aimed at helping employers make more informed decisions to support their employees’ financial wellness.
