Dave Case Books Integrated Marketing Campaign

Author Dave Case released his first book, Out of Cabrini, in 2006. The book publisher, Five Star Publishing (no longer in business), did a good job helping move the book with over 1,500 copies sold — excellent for an author's first book, especially a work of fiction. Nineteen years later Dave released the sequel, Chicago Justice. Since Dave's original publisher was no longer in business, there were no records of whom purchased his original novel. And while his current publisher, Genius Publishing is doing their part, with very limited budgets and many authors to celebrate, authors are essentially "on their own." And that's where the RAS Communications team entered the picture. Through an Integrated Marketing Campaign, we are helping Dave find that police/crime fiction thriller audience as well as build a new one (and maintain a better database of his readers and fans.) Beginning only in May 2025, our efforts thus far include: • Creating a logo for Dave Case Books as a brand • Design & Developing a website • Establishing and maintaining Facebook and Instagram social media pages • Providing design pieces for Dave's personal LinkedIn profile • Creating and maintaining author pages on Amazon, Goodreads, and Bookbub • Designing and producing handout postcards for in-person events • Running ads on social media as well as a Google Ad Campaign • Designing the cover for Chicago Justice and preparing for it release
