Data Security Decoded: Podcast Web Experience

Redefining the "Data Security Decoded" Digital Experience As the flagship audio series for Rubrik Zero Labs, Data Security Decoded is a leading industry podcast providing high-level technical and strategic guidance to global CISOs and security practitioners. The goal of this redesign was to transform a standard podcast page into a premier, research-driven digital destination that reflects the sophisticated, vendor-agnostic nature of the content. The Design Process & Collaboration This project was a rigorous two-month end-to-end journey defined by iterative design and cross-functional synergy. Stakeholder Alignment: I worked closely with Rubrik’s design stakeholders and the development team to ensure the visual language aligned with Rubrik's brand while pushing the boundaries of modern, dark-mode-first security aesthetics. Agile Development: Through weekly sprints, we bridged the gap between creative vision and technical feasibility, ensuring that complex features like dynamic RSS integrations—were optimised for performance. Workflow & Iteration The submission showcases a comprehensive Figma workflow, documenting the evolution of the user journey through multiple design versions. The process included: Low-Fidelity Wireframes: Establishing the information architecture for complex data sets and episode taxonomies. Parent Landing Page: A high-level workflow designed to house the full podcast library, featuring intuitive search/filter functions and a seamless RSS feed integration. Inside Experience Page: A deep-dive workflow focused on the "listener-first" experience, integrating detailed guest bios, technical show notes, and related research reports from Zero Labs. Testing & Finalization Various design versions were subjected to internal user testing and stakeholder critiques to refine the interaction model. While the project is currently in the final stages of staging, it is scheduled to go live exactly one week following this submission.
