Company Folders Presentation Folder Design

Created by the in-house design team at Company Folders, Inc., this presentation folder was designed as the centerpiece of the company's free sample packet, sent to prospective clients who request product samples online. The goal was to communicate Company Folders' expertise, experience, and production capabilities while keeping the inserted materials—coating swatchbook, imprint methods guide, stock paper samples, custom folder guide, and sample packet guide—as the primary focus. To achieve this, the designers used a minimalistic visual approach built around restraint, precision, and tactility. A quiet field of recognizable client logos appears subtly throughout the design, reinforcing the company's credibility without overwhelming the composition. A strong central brand band anchors the front cover, while carefully placed messaging highlights the company's scale, including more than 40 million folders printed for over 15,000 clients. The folder itself was die-cut with vertical and horizontal pockets, creating a functional and memorable format for organizing multiple samples and demonstrative pieces. Premium production techniques were intentionally incorporated into the design, including PMS printing on 14 pt C2S stock, soft-touch lamination, and spot UV coating. These finishes allow recipients to experience the company's print capabilities firsthand, turning the folder into both packaging and a persuasive sales tool. To further educate prospective clients, the exact production specifications were printed on the back cover, demonstrating how a similar custom folder could be created for their own brand. The result is a refined, tactile, and highly functional sample packet that communicates expertise through both design and execution.
