Community Reinvestment Act Landing Page

Streamlined access to CRA public file documents Revised Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) rules required that banks make their CRA Public File available on their website starting April 1, 2024. Previously, clients had to go in person to a financial center to access these documents. The challenge: Design a webpage that provides easy access to 30+ complex documents that will need to be easily updated with revised content in the future — and do it in less than six months. After evaluating comparable pages and different technical solutions for the deep content, the team decided to use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design the webpage. The clean, easy-to-navigate design makes Bank of America's CRA CRA Public Files accessible, downloadable, and printable for all customers, clients, and government entities. In addition, every PDF document — several hundred pages worth — was reviewed to ensure ADA accessibility. The solution allows the bank to update the content quickly, mitigate legal risk, meet government requirements and improve the customer experience with a custom digital solution.
