A bilingual website transforms Hyatt's benefits enrollment, enhancing accessibility for employees and their families.
In the entrant's words
Hyatt has historically communicated benefits through mail and print. We created a new website for benefits enrollment and then extended to a permanent site for employees and their families to access anytime, anywhere. They have a large Hispanic population so the site is available in both English and Spanish.
