Customers tend to overlook the program because they don’t understand how easy it is to use. Raising awareness of BankAmeriDeals® is a great way to drive engagement—and the added value fosters customer loyalty with our products. The agency was tasked with revamping the BankAmeriDeals® landing page as an Adobe Experience Manager website that can be updated whenever necessary. The page was brought in line with the recently updated brand guidelines and more accurately portrays the breadth and simplicity of the user experience. Using a mobile-first approach focusing on verticality, the team opted for minimal copy that was clean and punchy, paired with vibrant, aspiraonal imagery to show customers that the simplicity of BankAmeriDeals® gives them the freedom to focus on having more exciting experiences. The designer used simple animation to add visual interest to the page, including a carousel of featured brand logos and a guided tutorial that users scroll through for a step-by-step breakdown of the process. Links on the page allow existing BankAmeriDeals® users to view their deals and turn on alerts, as well as allowing new customers to sign up for a Bank of America credit or debit card, enroll in Online Banking or download our Mobile Banking app.
