Ares Wealth Management Solutions Email Template System

Ares Wealth Management Solutions’ team sends roughly three emails per weekday to various segments of its email audience comprising roughly 36,000 lists — a built-in opportunity to engage a large readership ~15 times a week. However, Ares’ emails weren’t putting the brand’s best foot forward: the templates varied greatly in design and structure, and despite that, did little to clearly and consistently differentiate between product lines and email types. Our goal was to create a modern email template system that could deliver for both brand clarity and workflow. There’s nothing quite like visual storytelling. We worked within Ares’ brand guidelines to create distinct looks for the product lines, each making use of distinct iconography sets and color palettes for differentiation. Unified by the same visual guidelines, the brand themes are at once distinct and cohesive. We applied this email-focused interpretation of brand to a comprehensive system of modules. With responsive HTML/CSS for Pardot, the template system is both easy to employ and functional across device types. Now adopted as part of their SOP, the system helps Ares’ team keep pace with volume while presenting a consistent, up-to-date brand.
