AMPP Annual Conference Video Wall at Nashville Music City Center

This project was created for a video wall at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee for the 2025 AMPP Annual Conference + Expo held on April 6-10, 2025. We wanted to use the video wall to brand the conference, create awareness of our initiatives and to greet members in attendance. The video wall at the venue was relatively new, so we collaborated with the team at Music City Center to pull everything together. The concept was to have "main" videos play at the top of every hour for welcoming the attendees at the start of conference, then a membership video mid-week and a closing video on the last day of conference. In between the top of the hour main videos a logo background loop would play and panels would slide into view, loop for about 8 minutes and slide out of view to be replaced by a new panel. Panels contained information of events that week, promos for a bookstore, and other informative content like show floor and conference app download info. We witnessed many attendees interact with the video wall as well as wanting to take photos in front of it. The total resolution of the video wall was 17280x2160. The files included in this submission show an example of a main video, a panel, and clips of the project displaying on the video wall.
