When Amlin Auctions approached us to refresh their informational booklet, we were tasked with reimagining a piece that hadn’t been updated in nearly a decade. As a long-standing, family-run business serving multiple real estate brokerages and thousands of local clients, Amlin Auctions has deep roots in our community. Their services span everything from estate sales to live auctions of items, property, and land—and our design needed to capture that legacy while presenting a modern, accessible, and trustworthy brand presence. The project’s emotional centerpiece was the inclusion of a tribute to a late loved one and former business partner. Honoring that memory became integral to the tone and design direction, ensuring the piece resonated with authenticity and heart. Visually, we aimed to balance professionalism with warmth—clean layouts, approachable typography, and thoughtful imagery that reflected both the scope of their work and the personal connections that define it. The finished booklet became more than just an informational tool; it served as a testament to Amlin Auctions’ identity as a generational business built on trust, tradition, and community.
