LION TotalCare Customer Welcome Kit

We created a dynamic experience for customers new to LION’s TotalCare service—chiefs, department chiefs, quartermasters and other fire service professionals who are responsible for cleaning, maintenance and repair of their department’s protective gear. We developed a branded customer toolkit that not only educates and informs with gear safety posters but also features cooking gear to make all the downtime at the firehouse a bit more comfortable.
