The Durst Organization's anniversary gift features historic postcards celebrating NYC's legacy and their own 110-year history.
In the entrant's words
To mark The Durst Organization's 110th anniversary, we designed a custom magnetic box featuring postcards from the Seymour B. Durst Collection. Housed at Columbia University, the collection spans over 40,000 artifacts documenting New York City’s history from the 18th century to the 1980s. The postcards were part of our 2025 New Year’s gift to tenants, celebrating the city’s past and the company's legacy within it.
